Buckmoson Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of clothing products (including tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, sweaters, and layering pieces, collectively “Products”) from Buckmoson (accessible via our website: buckmoson.com, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (all available on our website). Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Order Placement & Acceptance
1.1 Placing an Order
To place an order, you must complete the checkout process with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information: valid shipping address, contact details (email/phone), and payment information. You confirm that all provided information is true and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (if purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity).
1.2 Order Acknowledgment
Submitting an order will trigger an automated “Order Acknowledgment” email confirming we have received your request. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order—we reserve the right to accept or reject orders (in whole or in part) for reasons including:

Customized Products (e.g., monogrammed sweaters, tailored pants) may require 3–5 business days to process—this timeline will be noted in the Product description and your Order Acknowledgment.
3.2 Delivery Timeline
Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery will take 6–12 business days to any location worldwide (this timeline applies to all domestic and international orders, with no distinction between regions). We do not offer 加急配送 (expedited shipping) options—all orders are shipped via standard delivery methods.
3.3 Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders globally, with no minimum order value required. There are no hidden shipping fees, surcharges, or additional costs for delivery—this benefit is included in the quoted Product price, and no extra charges will be added at checkout.
3.4 Delivery Responsibilities
A unique tracking number will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email, allowing you to monitor real-time delivery status via the carrier’s website. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs processing delays (for international orders);
- Carrier errors (e.g., misdelivery, lost packages due to carrier negligence);
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you.

4.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Refunds will include the full Product price; original shipping costs are not refunded (unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, e.g., sending the wrong size).
Refund appearance in your account may take an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor’s policies.
5. Product Availability & Accuracy
5.1 Stock Levels
